Mary is a graduate of Chester County High School. She is licensed in supplemental insurance sales. Her areas of expertise are assisting with hearing and case preparation, handling case evidence, and problem-solving for claimants or Social Security when needed.

Paralegal and Claimant Representative

Tommie received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She also spent two years at Nashville School of Law. She is an approved Direct Representative of Clients by the Social Security Administration. Tommie has more than 30 years of experience of Social Security disability claims from Initial level through Appeals Council.

Carrie Lott

Legal Assistant

Carrie is a graduate of South Side High School. Her areas of expertise are Social Security disability applications and appeals, Social Security overpayment and cessation cases, case processing, and firm and client expense billing.

Shelby received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Memphis. Baylie Pruett

Baylie studied Biology at The University of Memphis Lambuth before taking time off to focus on her family. She received certificates for research presentations on GMOs and pharmaceutical pollution at the 2019 Research Symposium at the University of Memphis Lambuth. Her areas of expertise are organization and scheduling, client communications, record keeping, and information distribution within the office.
